Track & Field Earns National Academic Honors
NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has announced its 2025 NJCAA All-Academic Athletes, recognizing outstanding academic achievement among student-athletes across the country. Eleven Western Texas College track & field athletes were honored for their success in the classroom during the spring season.
To qualify for the All-Academic Team, student-athletes must have achieved a GPA of 3.40 or higher for the term of participation and been enrolled full-time (12 or more credit hours) unless granted a special exemption by the NJCAA.
