Bio
Bronc Fleming has helped keep Western Texas College golf among the nation’s top junior college programs, producing postseason teams, national championship appearances, and individual honors on both the men’s and women’s sides. Entering his fourth season as head coach of both programs in 2026–27, Coach Bronc continues to build a culture of consistency, competitiveness, and national-level success.

The 2025–26 season added another milestone year, as the Lady Westerners earned a team appearance at the NJCAA National Championship and finished among the nation’s top 10, while the men secured an at-large bid to nationals. George Edwards earned All-Tournament honors, extending Bronc’s streak to six straight years with a men’s player receiving that recognition.

A season earlier, the Westerners finished No. 8 in the final national rankings after a year that included a Thunderbird Invitational title, runner-up finishes at the NJCAA National Preview and Waco River Classic, and an 11th-place finish at the NJCAA National Championship. Coach Bronc also led the women to a win at the Chicken Express Classic, and Wildah Jarestam advanced to the NJCAA Women’s National Championship as an individual.

Bronc and his wife, Molli, and their children, Maddox and Knox, are active in their church and community, especially through youth sports and livestock showing.
