Vaughan Wins Bull Riding at WTC Rodeo

Snyder, TX — Western Texas College hosted the Caprock Region Rodeo this past weekend, with several Westerners turning in strong performances across multiple events.
In bull riding, Lane Vaughan led the way with a first-place finish, while Beau Gardner added a fourth-place result.
On the women's side, Georgia Shields placed fourth in barrel racing, continuing a solid season in the arena.
Koltdyn Heath secured a fifth-place finish in bareback riding, and Darcy Wockner rounded out the top Westerners with a fifth-place showing in saddle bronc riding.

The Westerners will travel to Big Spring to compete at Howard College for their next rodeo, scheduled for April 9–11.
