Selena Reyna enters her fourth season as Head Coach of the Western Texas College softball program. Since taking over the program, Reyna has increased the team's win total in each of her first three seasons while leading the Lady Westerners to a third-place conference finish each year. In 2026, Reyna led the Lady Westerners to a 32-win season, the program's highest win total since 2007. Under Reyna's leadership, 13 student-athletes moved on to 4-year schools, while 7 student-athletes have earned First Team All-WJCAC honors.

Prior to her time in Snyder, she was the Head Coach of the Texas College Steers (NAIA) in 2022. At that time, the Steers had not won a game in a decade. Reyna turned the program around as she finished her first season for Texas College with a record of 16-25. Her inaugural season made her the winningest coach in school history. The highlight of the season was defeating top ranked Texas A&M Texarkana.

Reyna coached at San Jacinto College in Houston, TX as an assistant coach. She helped to lead the team to a Co-Conference Region XIV Championship and won the Region XVI Tournament. The team advanced to the NJCAA Nationals. Before her coaching career, she played in NCAA DI at Ball State University. There, she was a four-year starter, earned individual honors from the Mid-American Conference and made the All-MAC Freshman team. She was a MAC West player of the week, two time MAC conference champion. Reyna was a key piece in the program's first NCAA Regional victory.
