Jarestam Leads Lady Westerners at Alto Lakes Country Club
Alto, NM – The Lady Westerners traveled to Alto, NM, to compete in The Poss High Country Shootout at Alto Lakes Country Club on Monday and Tuesday.
Round One: The team finished in 5th place, scoring 320. Wildah Jarestam led the way with a 75 (+4), recording three birdies. Caitlin Feeney also carded a 75 (+4) with two birdies. Sienna Thumwood finished with an 84 (+13), Lupita Barbosa posted an 86 (+15), and Brooke Ahn rounded out the round with a 90 (+19).
Round Two: Jarestam again led the Lady Westerners with a 77 (+6). Barbosa matched her 77 (+6), adding two birdies to her count. Ahn posted an 80 (+9), Feeney carded an 82 (+11), and Thumwood finished with an 86 (+15).
The Lady Westerners finished the tournament with a team of 636 strokes (320, 316), recording nine birdies.
